IMPLEMENTATION

We provide a dedicated OpenVPMS software implementer who will work with you to customise OpenVPMS to your specific requirements.

This will include:

  • Preliminary implementation meeting to define project tasks and milestones.
  • Set Up meeting to define your specific software requirements.
  • Customise OpenVPMS to meet your practice requirements.
  • Customise your financial and many other documents to your requirements.

 

We also provide the necessary training services so you, your staff and the practice  get the most out of your software system and allows your team to manage the software themselves, minimising ongoing support fees.

Vertical Connect has developed a number of online training modules that we can deliver to you and your staff.

TRAINING

Core Training

All the day to day and basic concepts of the software Core Training sessions are offered offsite via Internet with a maximum of 5 attendees

Manager Training

Managing the OpenVPMS product database and Stock Control.  Higher level administration functions.
