Tony has a Masters of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Melbourne and has extensive I.T experience including designing and working with many Veterinary software systems.  Tony has provided technical advice and support to hundreds of Veterinary practices worldwide.  From the initial Project idea Tony will manage your project needs and provide you with a detailed report of your project scope.

Lisa Vanden Berg

Business Manager

Lisa came to Vertical Connect over 12 months ago in the role of Business Manager.  She has over 20 years experience managing small businesses, creating processes, systems and procedures, implementing software for improved efficiencies, marketing and human resource management.  Lisa obtained a degree in Business Management whilst working full time and raising her 4 children. Lisa's role at Vertical Connect is to manage Accounts, Business Management, Estimations, Human Resources as well as Marketing and improve business efficiencies. Lisa has worked on large projects in the past and brings a wealth of experience managing projects from their inception to completion. Lisa is currently gaining a complete understanding of OpenVPMS and will work with the implementation/Customer support team for Customer Support Queries/tickets.

Asha Bauer

Software Implementer/Customer Service

Asha has worked with Vertical Connect for 2 years in the role of Implementer/Customer Service.  Asha has a wealth of experience using OpenVPMS Software as well as how to implement a software package within a Vet Practice. Asha has also worked in Vet Practices directly as a Vet Nurse so understands the Workflows and processes within a Vet Practice, so when it comes to OpenVPMS Asha has an intimate understanding of how to get the best out of the software to best suit the practice needs.  Asha also has the ability to troubleshoot issues with OpenVPMS Software and come up with solutions. Asha has implemented 100's of Practices who currently use OpenVPMS Software and has successfully designed and delivered a training programme to train Practice Staff to make future enhancements and changes to their own software and how to best use the Software.
